We have embarked on a mission to inspire and enable at least 10,000 young professionals and students across the globe by 2030 to help them navigate towards their professional goals by helping them acquire new skills, get new perspectives and pursue excellence through insightful reads, mind maps, mental models and help them discover and transform themselves.
We have been working in the education, business and IT consulting space for 15 years and have had the opportunity to travel and explore multiple countries including the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Australia and India as part of our work engagements.
Our global stints helped us to understand the different ways of life, priorities, perspectives, work culture, local culture, food, politics, mind sets, work life balance and health from multiple dimensions.
Collaborating, participating, leading, going through the highs and lows and taking actions towards achieving one’s goals are some of the things very close to our hearts.
We are currently passionately pursuing our journey of being a coaching and a training organization going beyond our education and business consulting roles. We are fascinated to explore the uncertainties of life and develop perspectives, plans and pathways to navigate through them.
We have been coaching and guiding software and Information Technology professionals to help them acquire new skills beyond technical skills to deliver high performance and help move towards their goals.
We are currently working on delivering coaching and training programs ‘Quest to Deliver Your Best’ and ‘Bvirsilient’ across the globe for young professionals and students.
We are proud volunteers and have been volunteering with educational NGOs teaching English to undergraduates in India, mentoring and guiding them towards their aspirations.
We are a team of full time and part time professionals from varied educational backgrounds and have explored the fields of engineering, business administration, technology, mathematics, Neuro linguistic programming (NLP), coaching and education.
